Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, your membership tier, and — if you enable it — your two-factor secret.
• Devices: device name, Mac model, macOS and app version, and the IP address of sign-ins, so you can see and revoke your devices.
• Alert activity: which alerts reached you and whether you opened them, copied the contract address, opened the chart or reacted. This measures whether alerts are useful and powers group analytics (group admins see totals, not your email).
• Waitlist: the email, handle and note you submit.
• Security logs: an audit trail of sensitive actions (sign-ins to admin accounts, broadcasts, role changes).

What we don't do

No ads, no ad trackers, no selling data. We don't ask for wallets, keys or seed phrases — anyone who does isn't NotchFun.

Cookies & storage

One essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also stores the id of the last alert it saw so missed alerts can be replayed. There are no analytics or marketing cookies.

Third parties

• Market data and token images come from DexScreener; your browser/app loads token logos from their CDN.
• Cloudflare hosts the service and its database and processes data on our behalf.
• If email is enabled, our email provider (Resend) sends sign-in codes and invite emails.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Sessions expire after 30 days. When you delete your account we remove your personal data; security logs keep only an anonymous numeric id, and alerts you authored remain without your name.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app, delete your account yourself (Account → Delete account), and ask us for a copy of your data or to restrict or object to processing. If you're in the EU/EEA you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

There are no passwords: sign-in uses one-time emailed codes stored only as hashes, sessions are random tokens stored hashed, admins must use two-factor authentication, and every sensitive action is written to a tamper-evident audit log.
