Terms of Service

1. What NotchFun is

NotchFun delivers market information about crypto assets to your Mac's notch, your browser and your inbox — from NotchFun itself, from automated detection rules, and from community groups ("Notch Groups") run by other members.

2. Not financial advice

Everything on NotchFun is information only. No alert, card, note, reaction or performance figure is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell anything. Crypto assets are extremely volatile and many tokens go to zero. Do your own research and never risk money you can't afford to lose. NotchFun never holds your funds, keys or wallets and never executes trades.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use services like this where you live. NotchFun is invite-only; keep your credentials and two-factor codes secret. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may limit the number of devices per account.

4. Acceptable use

• No scams, rug promotion, market manipulation, pump-and-dump coordination or misleading claims.
• No impersonating NotchFun, exchanges, projects, creators or other people.
• Disclose conflicts of interest truthfully (holdings, sponsorships, paid promotions, partnerships).
• No spam or notification abuse; respect group rate limits.
• No attempts to access other accounts, bypass security, scrape at scale or disrupt the service.

5. Notch Groups

Group owners and admins are responsible for what their groups broadcast. NotchFun does not verify group content and isn't responsible for it. We may remove content, suspend groups or accounts, and cooperate with authorities when rules or laws are broken. Report problems from any group's page.

6. Memberships

Membership tiers and what they include may change. If paid plans are offered, their price, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay.

7. No delivery guarantee

We work hard to deliver alerts instantly, but a sleeping Mac, a lost connection, third-party data providers or outages can delay or prevent delivery. Market data comes from third parties and may be wrong or late. The service is provided "as is".

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, NotchFun is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or of any information on it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time under Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll tell you in the app before they apply.
